At RAK Brewing Co., our Guest Attendants play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. They're more than food runners—they're the connection between our kitchen, bar, and guests, ensuring every order is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality. We're looking for energetic, dependable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and enjoy making every guest feel welcome. What You'll Do Deliver food and beverages quickly, accurately, and with a warm, friendly attitude. Ensure every dish and drink reaches the correct guest while maintaining presentation and quality. Bus and reset tables efficiently to keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests. Monitor the dining room and anticipate guest and team needs. Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly. Learn our food, beer, cocktail, and wine menus so you can confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. Accurately use the POS system when needed. Maintain clean, organized dining areas, service stations, and shared workspaces throughout your shift. Jump into other roles as needed to help the team succeed and provide outstanding hospitality. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Passion for providing exceptional guest service. Ability to stay active throughout your shift, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
