Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine confidently while maintaining proper beverage service protocols Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like Aloha or Micros Upsell menu items such as drinks, desserts, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
