Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using our POS systems, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences while increasing sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and beverage service procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Must be 18 years of age Prior food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate Proficiency with POS systems Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest relations Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience in food preparation, sanitation practices, and food safety standards within the food industry Previous host/hostess or cashiering experience is a plus but not required; a welcoming personality is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
