Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure proper food handling and safe lifting practices when carrying dishes or supplies Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and cleaning floors as needed Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail In-person customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
