Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage options with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and managing tabs with the POS. Upsell menu items such as cocktails, wine, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and service stations following food safety protocols. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques like upselling to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions efficiently during busy hours. Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
