Job Description

Don Tigre Mexican Cantina is looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team. We are a high-volume Mexican restaurant & bar with a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment. We're looking for servers who can handle busy sections, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent guest experiences. If you thrive in a high-energy setting and want to make great money, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to all guests Take accurate food and drink orders and enter into POS system Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume environment Upsell food, drinks, and specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff

Requirements:

Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Weekend availability is required (Friday-Sunday) Must be reliable and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
