Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wait Staff member and become the face of exceptional hospitality! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable, enjoyable, and seamless. Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub environment, you'll be an essential part of our team's success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and OpenTable reservations with precision Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; knowledge of OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus Join us to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service!
