We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Bilingual Server to join our fast-paced team! What You'll Do Warmly greet guests, seat tables, and manage dining room flow. Take food and beverage orders accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Guide guests through our traditional menu—explaining pupusa varieties, parrilladas, baleadas, and daily specials in both English and Spanish . Serve orders promptly while ensuring all plates match guest modifications. Ensure table turnarounds are smooth by clearing, wiping, and resetting dining spaces efficiently. Process guest cash and card payments accurately. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service during rush hours.
What We're Looking For Language Skills:
Full fluency in English and Spanish (required to serve our local customer base and coordinate with kitchen staff).
Experience:
1+ years of server or food service experience preferred (Salvadoran/Latin cuisine experience is a plus!).
