Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service in a fine dining setting
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Process guest payments accurately using the Aloha POS system

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining preferred
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
