Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge, wine expertise, and ability to upsell will elevate the dining experience, creating memorable moments for our guests. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in this vibrant food industry role. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience Support team members with opening or closing duties to ensure a seamless service flow Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food safety standards Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
