Become part of our dynamic team as a Server, where your energetic personality and passion for providing exceptional service become memorable dining experiences for our wonderful residents! In this role, you will be the heart and soul of our Main Dining Room, delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail and care will ensure residents and guests feel welcomed, valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive to their departure. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Ensure timely food delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff and managing order flow Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support the team during busy hours by performing host/hostess duties or bussing tables as required Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred - but willing to train the right person Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Ability to work with a team, but also independently is beneficial Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation processes is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for billing accuracy and inventory management Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in Food & Beverage Hospitality in a lively, upscale environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest relations.
