Full Time Position Summary Coastal Landing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Waitstaff member to join our dining team. The Waitstaff member is responsible for providing excellent dining service to our residents and guests while creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and respectful dining experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment. Essential Responsibilities Greet residents and guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Answer questions about menu items and assist residents with selections when needed. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service. Check on residents throughout the meal to ensure their needs are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout the dining period. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Communicate resident requests, concerns, dietary needs, or other important information to the appropriate team members. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Work cooperatively with kitchen and dining room staff to provide smooth and efficient service. Qualifications Previous waitstaff, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to remain organized and attentive in a busy dining environment. Must be dependable and punctual. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food, beverages, dishes, and trays. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
