Join the Founding Team at Kittery Wine Bar Opening Summer 2026 Wine for the People We're opening a neighborhood wine bar in the heart of Kittery Foreside, and we're looking for a few hospitality-minded people to help us bring it to life. At Kittery Wine Bar, we believe wine should be approachable, welcoming, and fun. We believe hospitality matters. We believe a great glass of wine can spark a conversation, create a connection, celebrate a milestone, or turn an ordinary Thursday into a memorable night. We're building a team of energetic, curious, hospitality-minded people who enjoy creating unforgettable experiences. Wine knowledge is great. Hospitality experience is great. But enthusiasm, personality, and a genuine desire to learn go a long way. This isn't a corporate restaurant. It's a small family-owned business built by people who love hospitality, wine, and the Seacoast community. We're looking for team members who want to help build something distinctive from day one. Currently Hiring Front of House Team Members Guiding guests. Sharing wine. Creating connections. You'll welcome guests, pour wine, share recommendations, deliver food, answer questions, keep things running smoothly, and help create the kind of experience people can't wait to tell their friends about. Compensation $10-$12/hour plus participation in our team tip pool Typical earnings are expected to range from $28-$40+ per hour, including wages and tips, with higher earning potential during peak seasons and busy weekends. Responsibilities Welcoming and engaging guests Guiding guests through our wine, beer, and non-alcoholic selections Taking food and beverage orders Pouring and serving beverages Running food and supporting service Opening and closing duties Maintaining a clean and organized dining room Helping create an exceptional guest experience Back of House Team Members No fryers. No ticket machine screaming at you. No 12-page menu. Our kitchen is focused on thoughtfully prepared cold dishes, boards, snacks, and shareables designed to pair beautifully with wine. You'll help prep food, keep things organized, maintain cleanliness, support service, and make sure the team has everything they need to deliver a great guest experience. Compensation $22-$24/hour based on experience Additional earnings through our team-wide tip-sharing program Responsibilities Preparing and assembling cold food offerings Maintaining food safety standards Dishwashing and glassware support Receiving and organizing deliveries Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization Supporting overall service flow Why Work Here?
