Duties Greet guests warmly and answer questions about our food and beverage offerings with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, as we are a fast-paced, fast turnover restaurant. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing are required.
