GED Full Job Description Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Kingsley Senior Living Facility in Canton, MI is looking for a Server with a passion for enriching the lives of seniors. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents, ensuring they receive excellent service and enjoy delicious meals. Your primary responsibility will be serving meals and providing personalized assistance to meet the unique needs and preferences of our senior residents. Your role will contribute to their overall satisfaction and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Plate and serve meals promptly and efficiently, presenting food in an appealing and appetizing manner. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed. Delivering room service trays. Transporting residents to and from the dining room. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, following health department regulations and facility policies. Cover breaks for staff.
Requirements:
Flexibility needed for day and evening shifts. Every other weekend is mandatory. We offer lots of room for growth. Able to pass a criminal background check. High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years old. Reliable transportation. A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
