We are looking for Food Expeditors and Food Runners to join our team. Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Food Expeditors will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with BOH team. They will also be responsible for the initial expediting of carryout orders. Food Runners are responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of the food menu Ensure all food items leaving the kitchen are up to company standards and menu specifications Ensure guests have everything they need on the table when delivering food Keep expo station clean and organized Communicate effectively with guests, and co-workers. Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g., food allergies) Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions. Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
