Job Description

Overview:
Rusted Crow on the Lake is seeking to hire dedicated servers. We are looking for hard working, self motivated individuals to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.
Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
  • Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks to patrons in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any special requests
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems cash handling procedures
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
