Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, reset, and maintained, while also efficiently delivering food from the kitchen to guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks as needed, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to uphold a tidy environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Provide friendly, attentive customer service by responding to guest requests courteously and promptly Skills Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain cleanliness standards in dining areas and workspaces Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or catering environments is preferred Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and hygiene practices in the food industry Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality, hotel service, or the food industry is a plus Familiarity with serving techniques and restaurant operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
