Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments through the cash register. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred, especially in a nightclub or high-energy setting. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Ability to perform cash handling tasks accurately and responsibly. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
