Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas; bus tables as needed Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink garnishing techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving tables and processing transactions Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences with enthusiasm!
