• part time and/or full time waitress needed as soon as possible open monday through saturday 11am-8pm, closed on sundays and all major holidays we have a set schedule weekly, daily tip pay out & weekly pay periods hours are pretty flexible, quick paced carryout and dine in location shifts go something like 10am-2pm, 10am-4pm, 4pm-8pm or 10am-8pm

• Summary As a Waitress/Server, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Utilizing your core skills in POS systems and food handling, along with premium skills in time management and sales, you will effectively promote menu items. Your relevant experience in guest services and food preparation will further support our commitment to excellence in the food industry. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems Ensure food safety and proper handling practices are followed at all times. Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries. Handle cash and process payments accurately while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments Proficient in using POS systems Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience in fine dining and culinary settings is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
