Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals, including bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays, supplies, and equipment following safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by cleaning surfaces, organizing service stations, and supporting overall sanitation efforts. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems like Micros POS to coordinate timely food delivery. Provide friendly in-person customer service, addressing guest inquiries or requests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value eagerness to learn! Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork. Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
