This is not a beginner role—we're looking for individuals who can move with urgency while maintaining a refined, hospitality-driven guest experience—while still bringing great energy to the floor. Duties Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using SpotOn POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation when needed to support the team's efficiency. Support host/hostess duties during busy periods by managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and managing waitlists. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant Strong interest in (or knowledge of) craft cocktails and beverage programs Ability to handle high-volume service while staying composed and detail-oriented Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Fun, positive energy with the ability to connect naturally with guests Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Knowledge of food preparation, food handling procedures, and kitchen operations is advantageous. Prior host/hostess or serving experience in a nightclub or casual upscale restaurant is desirable What the role looks like: Delivering attentive, efficient, and elevated service from start to finish Guiding guests through both food and craft cocktail menus with confidence and genuine recommendations Maintaining awareness of pacing, table management, and overall floor flow Working collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen, and support staff to ensure a seamless experience Our environment: Fast-paced, detail-driven, and team-oriented.
