We're looking for sharp, energetic people to join our Expo Team — one of the most important positions in our service model. At our restaurants, Expo is much more than food running. Our Expo Team is the final checkpoint between the kitchen and the guest . You'll help control the flow of service, verify that every plate is correct and presentation-ready, coordinate with the kitchen and FOH teams, and deliver food to the table with confidence and hospitality. You aren't simply delivering the experience — you're part of creating it.
