Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process sales transactions smoothly while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and ensuring food safety standards are met. Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to deliver timely service. Manage cash handling responsibly, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Support beverage service at bars or nightclubs when required, demonstrating spirits knowledge and cocktail experience. Uphold sanitation standards such as proper food handling and cleanliness to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
