Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
• Clear tables and clean up after guests leave
• Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other high-touch surfaces regularly
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide excellent guest relations
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
