Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their visit Provide education on wine selection. Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations as needed Assist guests with seating, menu inquiries, and special requests to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring order accuracy Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting and dining area in compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service and smooth restaurant operations Support team members during busy periods by assisting with guest services or other tasks as needed Proven experience as a Host or Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such for order processing Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings is highly desirable Knowledge of guest services principles, restaurant operations, and serving techniques Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure Friendly demeanor combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster guest relations Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
