This role involves navigating the city efficiently, maintaining professional communication with our office and adhering to all legal guidelines for service of process. If you are experienced and committed to delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is perfect for you! Join our team and play a vital role ensuring documents reach their recipients promptly and professionally. Duties Locate and serve legal documents such as summons and complaint, and other court papers to individuals or businesses within Detroit. Follow all legal protocols and procedures for serving documents in accordance with local laws and regulations. Maintain detailed records of each service attempt, including dates, times, locations, pictures with phone application service method. Communicate clearly with our office regarding service status or any issues encountered during delivery. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Process Server is a must and familiarity with Detroit's neighborhoods is a must. Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail with documentation. Ability to navigate city streets confidently using maps or GPS. Ability to use phone application service method. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with recipients, and our office. Valid driver's license and current registration with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation, clean criminal record, no exceptions. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Pay:
