As a vital part of our restaurant, you will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires a passion for customer service, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle cash and process payments efficiently. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during busy service periods.
