Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup of tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the dining area is inviting Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems to efficiently process orders and transactions Experience in fine dining environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy brunch hours while maintaining high service standards Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us in creating a lively brunch atmosphere where excellent service meets culinary delight!
