As we continue to grow, we are seeking energetic, professional, and dependable Event Servers to join our team. This position is currently part-time and event-based, with opportunities for additional hours and growth as our event calendar expands. Position Summary Event Servers play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Team members will assist with event setup, food and beverage service, table maintenance, guest interaction, and event breakdown. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed to ensure a successful event. Schedule Primarily Friday and Saturday availability required. Occasional weekday shifts available also Flexible, event-based scheduling Additional shifts and opportunities expected as business grows Responsibilities Set up banquet and event spaces according to event specifications Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages professionally and efficiently Carry trays of food and beverages safely throughout service Clear and reset tables throughout events Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces Provide friendly, attentive guest service Work closely with event captains, bartenders, and venue management Assist with event breakdown and cleanup Perform other duties as needed to ensure successful event execution Qualifications Prior restaurant serving experience required Banquet, catering, wedding, or event-serving experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and do not need constant direction Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly Ability to carry large serving trays and multiple plates safely Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout a shift Ability to work in a physically demanding environment for the duration of events What We're Looking For We're building our team from the ground up and are looking for people who want to grow with us.
