Yara's Grill is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers/Cashiers to join our team! We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing, responsible, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate the cash register and POS system to process payments. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Serve food and beverages to dine-in customers. Prepare and package carryout, delivery & drive-thru orders. Answer customer questions about menu items and specials. Keep the dining area, counters, and cashier station clean and organized. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous serving or cashier experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties. Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed. Why Join Yara's Grill?
