Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor Function:
Responsible for the ordering and serving of customer meals with a high level of customer service.
Work Performed:
• Provide quality service to guests Knowledgeable about the working of "Splash Village" Participate in " Add-On-Sales" program Directly participate in and oversee the " guest's experience " Maintain area's sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health Daily communications with F & B Department Maintain " Service Standards " program Attend departmental meetings All other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in a high-volume environment High School diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
