Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas Manage cash handling and processing of payments with precision and professionalism Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize flow Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, including wine pairings and beverage options Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, cocktails, wine, and drink presentation techniques Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling procedures Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with reservation platforms like OpenTable for managing guest seating arrangements Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
