We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our guests. If you have a passion for food, hospitality, design, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on creating memorable experiences for customers, we want to hear from you. This position has the potential to grow into a serving role. We are currently searching for someone to join the team between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Server Assistant role is hired in at a competitive wage, with a portion of the tip share.Duties:
- Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Assist bartenders and servers with food running, bussing, and hosting
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cash register operations
