Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Assist with food preparation, food handling, and beverage service including spirits and cocktail offerings Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing sales and handling cash with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems for managing bookings and guest seating arrangements Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or comparable platforms for sales processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques in fine dining or nightclub settings Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure seamless service flow Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or high-volume restaurant is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in the hospitality industry Join us as a Bistro Attendant if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences!
