Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. This role goes beyond providing excellent table service — it also includes maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests by assisting with bathroom sanitation and preparing our bar area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and deliver items promptly and accurately. Prepare and stock the bar area prior to service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area and restrooms. Monitor guest satisfaction and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience. Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly. Report all cash tips at the end of each shift (you keep all your own tips; tips are not pooled). Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations. Schedule & Breaks Full-day shifts include 2 hour break Flexible scheduling may be available. Qualifications Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Reliable, punctual, and professional. If employed, must be able to obtain an alcohol service certification (where applicable).
