Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry and hospitality. Duties Greet and seat guests in a warm and inviting manner. Provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings on the menu and know your daily specials offered. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Uphold restaurant standards for service quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills. Team work. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
