In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the lively ambiance of our establishment, making every visit memorable for our guests. Whether working in a bustling restaurant, a fine dining setting, or a lively nightclub environment, your role is vital in delivering top-tier hospitality with a smile. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods if required Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting accurately Experience with serving in hospitality settings such as host/hostess roles or food industry positions is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
