Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and professional On-Call Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for service and flexibility in their schedule. Banquet Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions. Servers earn $13.73 an hour, plus tips.
Responsibilities:
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, silverware, glassware, etc.) Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the event Serve plated meals, buffet-style offerings, and beverages in a timely and courteous manner Clear tables, reset for next courses, and maintain cleanliness throughout service Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth execution Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food handling and service Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
Requirements:
Previous serving experience required (restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Availability for on-call shifts , including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Banquet service experience (formal events, large-scale functions) Familiarity with banquet-style setups and service etiquette Experience with POS systems or event tracking tools

From $13.73 per hour
