Job Description
Job Summary Crystal Gardens Banquet Center is hiring part-time banquet servers to join our team for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of creating memorable events. Our team works together to deliver outstanding service for guests attending some of the most important celebrations of their lives. No two events are the same, making this a fun and energetic place to work. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service Serve food during buffet, family style, and plated dinner service Ensure guests have a positive dining experience and address requests promptly Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist with setting up ballrooms and event spaces before events Follow direction from event captains and management throughout service Help with resetting ballrooms and cleaning service areas after events Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient event service Qualifications Previous serving, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable and punctual Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Schedule Evening shifts Weekend availability required Some holidays may be required Weekday availability is a plus but not required Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Benefits Flexible scheduling Fun team environment Opportunity to work weddings, parties, and special events Great position for anyone looking for supplemental income Application Instructions Because we host weddings and large events, reliability and attention to detail is extremely important to our team.
