Job Description
Job Summary The Jackson country Club is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Servers to join our food and beverage team. This position is ideal for individuals who like to take pride in providing outstanding service in an upscale, member-focused environment. As a server, you will ensure members and guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience from start to finish. Duties Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver meals and drinks promptly, following club service standards. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during and after service. Ensure knowledge of all menu items, including specials, ingredients and preparation methods. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Handle payments, operate POS system, and ensure proper billing. Support events such as weddings, banquets, and tournaments as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Experience Prior serving experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or private club setting preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be 17 years or older Preferred Qualities Friendly and positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Team player who is willing to go above and beyond for members and guests.
