Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member / Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, takes their orders, and ensures smooth food service operations. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards, including handling food with care and maintaining sanitation protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation tasks when needed Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and cleaning procedures Manage retail sales transactions accurately at the register, processing cash register operations and cash handling with integrity Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments, demonstrating efficiency under pressure Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for seamless order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to handle diverse guest needs Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and transaction processing Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while supporting food preparation activities Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary and customer service expertise while contributing to an energetic team environment.
