In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. With your culinary knowledge and food industry expertise, you'll help create memorable dining moments that keep guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a lively setting that celebrates food, drink, and great service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to ensure safety standards are met Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Support team members with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining a clean environment Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety standards Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Background in food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cashiering tasks Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding menu items and preparation processes Applicants can apply in person from 2-4pm Monday - Friday!!
