Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS System. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting in food handling and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Toast POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with fine dining service, cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and spirits is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and multitasking skills Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Join us to be part of an energetic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
