Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Ensure food safety standards are followed during food service and food preparation activities Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus.
