Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of special requests or dietary needs Serve food and beverages efficiently, including coffee, juice, cocktails (if applicable), and other morning refreshments, while upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling sales transactions with integrity and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including clearing tables (bussing) and resetting for new guests Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items Provide exceptional guest relations by answering questions about the menu, wine knowledge, spirits experience, or special dietary options, fostering a welcoming environment for all guests Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in breakfast or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy breakfast hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with beverage service including coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to process cash handling accurately while maintaining excellent customer service skills Background in hospitality or guest services roles that emphasize guest relations and positive interactions Join us to bring your passion for food service to life!
