Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation and kitchen communication to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support opening or closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and POS system management Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling of food and beverages at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on fine dining or nightlife preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members Previous experience in nightclub settings or hospitality environments is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel special!
