We've been in Downtown Plymouth since 2000, and we run this place like family because most days, it is one. Right now we're looking to add an experienced server to the floor, and we mean experienced. This isn't a "we'll train you" situation. We need someone who's already done the dance: can carry four entrees without blinking, knows a Manhattan from an Old Fashioned, and can talk a table through the wine list. Alcohol knowledge matters here. You should be comfortable describing what's on tap, walking someone through the bourbon list, or suggest a pairing. Just as important is knowing how to read a table. You'll need full night and weekend availability, including Sundays, that part's non-negotiable. The team's been together a while, and we actually like each other, which is rarer than it should be in this business. And let's be honest, since you've served before...this is still a job. There's butter to scoop, silverware to roll, stuff to stock, and side work that nobody's lining up to do. If you've waited tables, you already know that's just part of the gig. If you've got the experience and you're looking for a place that feels less like a job and more like your second family's kitchen, we'd love to hear from you. If you're brand new to serving, this probably isn't the right starting point- but we wish you luck out there!
