Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation. Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash and credit payments responsibly. Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience. Skills Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally. Good math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
